 Contributions to COTA

Gifts made to COTA are deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Contributions to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association are used to assist the organization in our mission to help children and young adults who need or have had a life-saving transplant. Contributions are made with the understanding that COTA has complete control and administration over the use of the donated funds. COTA allocates funds raised in honor of patients to families who have a documented financial need directly related to the transplant.

Online Contributions

You can make a gift online to assist the Children’s Organ Transplant Association to meet the most immediate need.

100% of contributions made to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association in honor of a COTA patient are used for transplant-related expenses.

Send a Check

If you would like to make your contribution using a check or money order, please print the contribution form and send it to COTA with your gift. Please make all checks or money orders payable to COTA.

The Hope Society

The Hope Society was created to recognize those forward-thinking individuals who have remembered the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in their estate or gift planning process or plans. The members of The Hope Society enable us to help children and young adults have a second chance at life. By making a bequest to COTA, you ensure that our mission is addressed well into the future. By informing us in writing that you have named COTA as a beneficiary in your will or estate plan, you become a member of The Hope Society.
