United Way

The Children’s Organ Transplant Association may be allowed to participate in your area United Way campaign. During campaign season (usually early fall), please consider designating the Children’s Organ Transplant Association as your ‘charity of choice’ on your pledge form. Check with your local United Way about their policy. You will need to specify COTA – Children’s Organ Transplant Association, EIN 35-1674365.
