This year was our first year we attended Northwest Kidney Kids Camp and let me tell you we have been missing out! Alejandro has met very few who goes through what he goes through and this was such an amazing experience. He spent the week at youth camp and we joined him for the weekend for family camp. He said “Mom I can talk to them about my meds or how I feel and they understand, they can relate!” It warmed my heart and I agree 100% to be able to talk to other families that understand our daily life, medications and struggle and can relate to everything on this journey. We met some amazing families that we will defiantly keep in touch with. So many fun activities for the whole family! Thank you Northwest Kidney Kids!!!
