9 Month Mixed Meal Test

Busy but good day for the Trancoso/Garza boys…Alex saw all specialties, had comprehensive blood work done, his 9 month mixed meal test to check islet cell function, his annual flu shot, and will be having a colonoscopy in two weeks. Sebby, his younger brother, followed up with Neurology for migraines, Gastroneterology for issues with chronic nausea, and will be having an upper endoscopy actually when Alex has his colonoscopy. He also got his flu shot and comprehensive blood work drawn. Roman, the baby boy of the family, was seen by Gastroneterology for abdominal pain and sporadic vomiting, got a flu shot, comprehensive blood work, X-rays, and will have an upper GI around the same time as Alex and Sebby’s procedures. We were even able to fit in two visits to the Ryan Seacrest Studio (in between appointments), after appointments had a surprise visit from Uncle Elliott, (whom we haven’t seen for a year), and squeezed in swim-time before the pool closed. We might be a little tired tonight!!
Last appointment this week is with Alex’s pain team tomorrow morning. We return next week to meet with Orthopedic Surgery, and in two weeks to follow up with Neurology and have the scopes done on all three.
Good night all, this family is worn out today!!
