Got the good news today…we get to go home!!! Hopefully Tuesday evening, or Wednesday at the latest.
This has been a very long four months (year and three months to be exact), but I am grateful beyond words for the top notch medical care Alex has received-body mind and soul, for Alex being able to be the 26th TPIAT surgery at Cincinnati Children’s, for Dr. Lin, Dr. Nathan, (and all of our other specialists-I could seriously go on and on ) all of our amazing nurses and nurse practitioners, for the absolutely amazing Ronald McDonald House that has been my home away from home, the Ryan Seacrest Studios, my awesome Animal Emergency Clinic coworkers, the phenomenal families I have met throughout this process, my wonderful family and friends, and my truly amazing community. Thank you all!! We are truly blessed!!!
