Alex just got taken into the OR for an upper endoscopy, biopsies, and pyloric Botox injections. The team is concerned about a partial bowel obstruction; however, are proceeding with conservative treatment at this point with the hopes that the Botox will relax the pyloric sphincter providing relief to the stomach, and the tpn will provide the nutritional support needed to begin recovery and rehabilitation again. I am hoping this will be the answer!!
