We are getting ready for the day… The nurses say they’ll come get Alli around 7-7:30 and we can go down to pre-op. Thank you all for your prayers! We had a reasonable night, labs went well last night, all things considered, and we are facing THE MOUNTAIN. Tam is on her way to University Hospital to give the gift of a lifetime. Bruce and Cheryl came last evening and he had a beautiful prayer with us all-so uplifting and encouraging and so much appreciated. It felt like we were all trying to put down fears and leaning on God but during his prayer it just seemed like something inside me relaxed completely…let God have His way with everyone involved… Pray for us all…

Now we just got a call from Dr. Adams (one if the surgeons) that a deceased donor transplant is in progress so Alli’s (and Tam’s) surgeries are delayed until 10 or 11. Pray that it won’t be too long of a wait. Alli is NPO since midnight so its going to be tough to keep food away from her for longer
