Chad was born with a disease called Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and over time leads to extensive lung damage. Chad is in dire need of a lung transplant. With help from Mass General Hospital and Children’s Organ Transplant Organization (COTA), it has been determined that $65,000 will need to be raised to help with transplant and associated expenses.
