The most challenging part of being home while Everett still has a poor immune system is the increased risk of infection while living with a 4 and 6 year old. Despite the fact that our girls wash their hands at least 30 times a day and take a full shower every time they enter the home from being outside, they are still kids.

Big Sister Aurore (currently in her second week of first grade) was coughing a little today and complained of a sore throat. And even through Matilda is feeling fine, her PreK teacher notified us that several other students in the class have been sick. So, off to Grandma’s House they both went for the night. Everett misses them already and was soothed by watching videos of his Big Sisters on the iPad.
