Sleepy Saturday So Far

Iain woke up this morning and was able to write a question on whether he had been able to sleep.  This may seem odd but I was delighted as it meant he is having higher levels of questioning.  He had understood that it was a worry that he had not been sleeping and that lack of good rest was interfering with his progress (well that and the seizures and lung collapse).  It appears that he had no seizures overnight, although he may be on anti-seizure meds for a while longer just in case.  I am not going to lull myself into a false sense of security but ......

In solidarity with Iain, David plans to sleep until at least noon.

Seema, you're not lulling yourself into a false sense of security, you're staying positive for Iain, whatever the complications. I hope the seizures have stopped so that his body can rest and recuperate. Thanks for the updates.

We will surely let him know that Iain had a good night. Sounds like he's on the same schedule as David. Thanks for keeping us up-to-date about what's happening as every day we awaken wondering how Iain did the night before. Great news about his questioning how he slept! May this progress continue. Give him our love. Wishing you a quiet weekend. XO

Just wanted you to know that I log in to check the blog several times a day - not because I expect you to post minute by minute events, rather because it's so inspiring to read all the other posts. It was hot yesterday and snow is predicted for tonight. That' sounds like Colorado weather. Hope the sun is shining on you all tomorrow. Like Seema says, wear sunscreen, even if it's cloudy :) goodnight Hess family, sleep well.
