Lawson has been in the hospital since Thursday with bleeding from his G-tube and vomiting blood, and he was placed in ICU on Memorial Day to be closely monitored. Today, the vomiting has subsided. The bright red blood from the tube continues, but thankfully at a lower amount. Cultures from the central line show an infection, so he may be starting high power antibiotics. The doctors are scheduling a scope for early Wednesday to look for the source of the bleeding, which is a risky, but necessary procedure. His hemoglobin count has fallen so he will also be receiving red blood cells today. Please continue to pray for the sweet, little guy!
