We cross our fingers and hold our breath as Porter has another good day. He had the best X-ray today that he’s had since he’s been admitted. They continue to wean the oxygen on his vent and some of his meds and so far he has tolerated it well. The left chest tube came

out tonight so waiting to hear if they are going to put it back in or leave it out. His nurse said he’s doing well even though the chest tube came out. The wait for a heart continues!!!
