After 3 rounds of an antibiotic injections (6 shots), being placed on two oral antibiotics, an oral steroid and two inhalation meds, Porter is starting to look and act more like himself.  He is smiling and has wanted to play a bit.  He’s been able to keep down his food and hasn’t had any fevers today.  

This has been a scary few days to say the least.  He continues to require oxygen but his heart rate is back to baseline and his respiratory rate is almost back to normal.  

They say March comes in like a lion and goes out like lamb- well the lion hasn’t left yet and it’s April 17th – it better be gone soon!!!!!
