Porter has had a good weekend with no real changes. The most excitement happened today when the hospital was on lock down because of an armed and dangerous person who was somewhere on campus. The person was apprehended and lock down was lifted all while Porter was sleeping.
The docs have weaned Porters morphine a little but have to use an additional sedative to help wean him off the morphine so he doesn’t go through withdraw so he’s still pretty out of it. He’s resting comfortably as he waits for a new heart.
