“Went down for my EGD and Bravo placement. Everything went well as far as I know. Except, I bit my lip and have a sorer throat than normal which is to be expected. Staff was friendly as usual. Sedation is nice. I loved that they were listening to Linkin Park and Panic At The Disco. They gave me a “bear hug” which is essentially an inflatable “blanket” with holes that makes you feel like you’re wrapped up in a pile of clothes that came out of the dryer. I’m kind of bitter no one read or responded to my texts beforehand and no one was around after I woke up, because helloooo I still exist”.
