so in the past week Alyssa has hung out with a friend for the first time in almost 5 months! Definitely an improvement in the way she’s feeling. Unfortunately she also had to cancel plans with another friend after waking up sick, but baby steps. She’s having more good days all the time. We also went shopping for the first time since her PICC has been removed. We found out she’s down 2 dress sizes but hopefully she’ll start to put some weight back on. She was able to find a couple of cute rompers that look super cute! All in all, it’s been a good week.
