An ambulance left Pittsburgh this morning with planned time of arrival 1-2pm.  Then the 4-5 hour trip back to UPMC.  While I’m worried about an ambulance vs plane, I have to trust this will be ok. Scott will follow in his truck, and I in mine.  
Her oxygen demand increased last night with vent now at 70% to keep O2 sats around 91-93 and blood pressure is high, and her abdomen is still quite distended.  They added a new antibiotic as the pseudomonas she’s growing is resistant to most everything.  Kidney function is being closely followed.  Keep your prayers going for her.  We need all the positivity we can gather directed to her getting through this.
