Today, October 27, we finally got to just be together and explore the city a little, it\u2019s exactly what my heart needed before tomorrow. Tomorrow is transplant day \u2014 the day we\u2019ve been waiting and praying for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Emotions are running deep \u2014 hope, fear, gratitude, and love all tangled together. As I look around at my little family, I\u2019m reminded of how far we\u2019ve come and how much strength and love have carried us through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tonight, we\u2019re wrapping ourselves in all the love and faith sent our way. Thank you for walking beside us \u2014 your prayers and emotional support mean more than words.
