We couldn\u2019t let it go by without saying how thankful we are for Jaxon\u2019s donor and their family. May they find peace knowing their loved one will live on through Jaxon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for Jaxon, today he has his 6 week follow up heart catheter to check for signs of possible rejection. They will take out all his stitches and staples from all his past surgical procedures while he\u2019s asleep.
