In 12 hours (at 3am tomorrow) Jaxon will go down for his heart transplant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking at these two pictures, I would have never guessed we\u2019d be here. Just as I am sure the donor\u2019s mother never expected to be where she is today either. However, we truly believe everything happens for a reason. Everything that has happened in our lives have got us to this point. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have faith that God will see Jaxon through this. I can\u2019t wait to see what his future will hold. Our lives forever have changed and that\u2019s ok. We will do anything possible to make him well again. The next few days\/weeks will be hard on Jaxon and his body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please continue to pray for him as well as the donor family.
