I’m reaching out to you with a plea from the depths of my heart. My daughter, Alina, is facing a daunting battle against heart failure. The diagnosis is called restrictive cardiomyopathy. Every beat of her heart is a testament to her resilience, but we urgently need your help to continue this journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alina recently had a cardiac arrest while being hospitalized, which in result landed her to have her heart and lungs to be operated by a machine called ECMO. Ultimately ended up having to have open-heart surgery to input 2 devices called a BIVAD. That\u2019s 2 major surgeries within 5 days. She\u2019s so strong and sassy; every parent\u2019s worst nightmare is to have to watch their child hooked up to a machine that\u2019s keeping her heart and lungs going, but ultimately we give all glory to GOD. He knows everything that will happen before we even know it\u2019s there. I know he wouldn\u2019t send on this journey if he thought she wasn\u2019t strong enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alina is so full of life and till this day; she is counting to fight and also is someone who has touched the lives of so many with their warmth, humor, generosity, and infectious spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
