When she was born we didn&rsquo;t know if she was a boy or girl for 3 days; she had genetic testing to determine. On top of kidney disease she has ambiguous genitalia. When you approach A&rsquo;Miracle she looks as if nothing is wrong, but daily she&rsquo;s being hooked up to a dialysis machine for 12 hours and tube feedings. Recently we had our 2nd longest hospital stay since birth; she was there just shy of 9 weeks. During that time she had 7 surgeries, including an emergency open heart surgery and a 15-hour bladder surgery. She had to have the bladder built before she can receive a kidney transplant. The other 6 surgeries were not planned. We are patiently waiting kidney transplant in hopes of having some normalcy.&nbsp;We have partnered with the Children&rsquo;s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) for assistance with transplant-related expenses.
