And to our Liver Transplant Coordinators and the GI clinic team, who we talk to so often and rely on so deeply\u2014thank you for always being there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The love, compassion, and dedication you show Beau does not go unnoticed. You\u2019ve been there for the hard conversations, the long days, and you\u2019ve also brought light into those moments with laughter and kindness when we needed it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This journey hasn\u2019t been easy, but because of you, we have never felt alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for caring for our boy. Thank you for supporting our family.
