This week he will have an ultrasound locally to ensure everything continues healing as expected post-removal. He will continue close follow-up with his transplant team, including frequent lab work and monthly specialist appointments in Minneapolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most importantly, Dierks is feeling great and getting back to being himself \u2014 spending his days golfing, gaming, eating, and enjoying time with family and friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you all for the continued prayers, encouragement, and support as we continue this journey with Dierks!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are so thankful to share that Dierks has been home for the past 10 days and continues to do well following his kidney transplant!
