We finally got all our meds to take home and met with our transplant pharmacy team to go over doses and timing of each medication. We got our discharge paperwork around 3:30 PM, got serenaded by the entire Transplant Step Down Unit, and rang the bell. We are so excited for Echo\u2019s new journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be in the Atlanta area for another 4-6 weeks depending on how well Echo does with his medications. We will have at least 2 appointments a week for the next 3 months.
