Eating good, drinking plenty of fluids, dialysis normal, and his labs indicated that he Red Blood Cell and Hemoglobin #\u2019s will trend in the right direction. Unfortunately, Echo\u2019s transplant date has been postponed for the 27th of June, due to his low RBC &amp; HG #\u2019s being too low and his Rhino Virus Infection. He is receiving a blood transfusion as we speak to boost his Iron, RBC, &amp; HG #\u2019s so that his body will have time to catch up with RBC reproduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t know a specific date yet on transplant, but likely in the next 2-4 weeks. He will have to have labs drawn again in the coming days and HLA marker done again in a week. Hopefully he will not develop any new antibodies between now and transplant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are supposed to be discharged later this evening and head home.
