Emmy has had a wonderful start to her school year.&nbsp; All of her teachers have been very understanding with the safety precautions.&nbsp; Emmy has started the year with great grades and enjoys going to school.&nbsp; Everyday is a new adventure!&nbsp; Tonight I thought about where we were 7 months ago until today.&nbsp; Emmy is still healing.&nbsp; I see it in her physical movements and she becomes exhausted easier.&nbsp; However, we are getting her moving and pushing her a little more physically and mentally. Patrick and I are just thankful where she is at this moment. We asked for a physical therapy consult because Emmy is extremely stiff and is not as mobile as she was before the transplant.&nbsp; She also recently got glasses because she was having difficulty seeing from the back of the classroom.&nbsp; We go back to the doctor on October 20th which will be her 3 month visit.
