Evelyn insisted on making it herself while I was at the hospital. She made me leave the room (with strict instructions!) and had Grandma help her decorate. When it was time, she made me wear a sleep mask, held my hand, and guided me back into the room \u2014 \u201c1, 2, 3, surprise!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She had decorated the most beautiful cake, and made sure everyone on the floor knew it was Mom\u2019s birthday too <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude05\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/16.0\/1f605\/32.png\"> I was met with so many \u201chappy birthdays\u201d throughout the day. Evelyn even handmade me a card that I\u2019ll treasure forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We ended the night with pizza, a Paw Patrol movie, and cuddles.
