Evelyn received a blood transfusion after her hemoglobin dropped to 7.5. She got a full unit of blood, and no surprise \u2014 she\u2019s feeling a lot better today. I\u2019m so incredibly grateful for the people who donate blood. It really puts into perspective how important and life-changing it is.We\u2019re hoping this will be the only transfusion she needs to get her to transplant. \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
