What a busy week! We\u2019re all packed up except for the essentials, stuffies, blankies, and snacks. We were given the final okay from the Mayo Clinic to transfer, and we\u2019ll be going by ambulance. We\u2019ll be leaving midweek depending on bed space. Evelyn is feeling a mix of apprehension and excitement about being at Mayo. We\u2019ve watched videos and looked at pictures of where we\u2019ll be \u2018living\u2019 for a while to help her feel more comfortable. A couple of her regular nurses stopped by to say goodbye, and we squeezed in one last game of bingo at the Star Studio with The Dude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
