We had doctor\u2019s appointments, lab work, ate the best foods (recommended by Gillian\u2019s nurses and doctors), played games and seriously laughed our butts off! Gillian is doing so so good! She was able to eat little bits here and there, her nausea and pain still get in the way a little but she is able to eat a little more than the days before. She walks a little more each day and she even got some stairs in. We are getting used to life with diabetes and she continues to amazes us all with her strength and grace through this long process. Gilli you are my hero \ud83d\udc9c Thank you for being in our lives and for all the prayers, love and support, we love you all!!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
