I think the rush of surgery (and pain meds) has slowed down. She was having some tummy troubles &amp; in a lot of pain. She was up all night (and so was I because I help her get on the potty &amp; hold the IV lines in her neck.) She was crying &amp; saying that she&rsquo;s tired &amp; wants to go home??.&nbsp;<span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">????<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;She doesn&rsquo;t have an appetite &amp; is nauseous. She&rsquo;s resting now. We&rsquo;re going to have a busy afternoon because she still has to do her walks &amp; they&rsquo;re taking out one or mayb<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">e both chest tubes? I&rsquo;d give absolutely anything to take her place &amp; endure all this pain?! They have increased her anti-rejection medications. Each one has a long nasty list of side effects &amp; there are some medications that are given just to handle them. On the upside, this new heart is beating strong! Her numbers all look great &amp; the collapse in her lung appears to be shrinking.
