Jade is in total kidney failure and needs a life-saving kidney transplant.<\/p>\n<p>We have partnered with COTA (Children&#8217;s Organ Transplant Association; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/cota.org\/&amp;sa=D&amp;ust=1542594363235000&amp;usg=AFQjCNECvkbxs7eAldzGbg1a_lwGKeV-HQ\">https:\/\/cota.org\/<\/a>), a national non-profit 501c3, in order to fund raise in honor of Jade to assist with transplant related costs.
