Your kindness, generosity, and support mean the world to us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This video expresses gratitude to everyone who has supported Jen&nbsp;and continues to share&nbsp;her story&nbsp;or donate&nbsp;to&nbsp;her&nbsp;COTA Foundation&nbsp;Fundraising Campaign.&nbsp;Jen&#8217;s journey and medical needs do not end with transplant.
