Celebrating at PBR While Waiting for His Kidney Transplant \ud83d\udc9a\ud83d\ude4f<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eighteen! A milestone birthday filled with hopes, dreams, and the promise of new beginnings. For Justin, turning 18 is extra special. As he continues to wait for a kidney transplant, we are reminded every day just how precious life is and how much we have to be thankful for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We celebrated Justin\u2019s big day at PBR, surrounded by the people who mean the most to him \u2014 his parents and his little brother. \u2764\ufe0f There is something so special about being together as a family, making memories, sharing laughs, and celebrating another year of life, even when the road ahead holds so many unknowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This journey has not always been easy. Waiting for a kidney transplant takes patience, strength, faith, and courage. There are days filled with uncertainty, moments of worry, and so many prayers for the day that life can take a new turn. But through it all, we continue to hold on to hope and trust that God is walking beside us every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Justin celebrates becoming an adult, we are incredibly proud of the young man he is. His journey is about so much more than waiting for a transplant. It is about living, loving, growing, and finding reasons to smile even during the hardest times. His 18th birthday was a reminder that life doesn&#8217;t have to be perfect for us to find moments worth celebrating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being at PBR together as a family gave us the opportunity to put the worries aside for a little while and simply enjoy being together. These are the moments we will treasure \u2014 the smiles, the laughter, and the memories we get to make with Justin and his little brother. No matter what challenges come our way, family remains one of God&#8217;s greatest blessings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Above all, we are thankful to God.<\/strong> \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc9a We thank Him for carrying Justin through this journey, for giving him another birthday to celebrate, for surrounding our family with love, and for giving us strength on the difficult days. Even when we don&#8217;t understand the timing or the reasons for the challenges we face, we continue to trust in His plan and hold on to our faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are also so incredibly thankful for every single person who has prayed for Justin, thought of him, checked on him, encouraged him, and supported our family. Every prayer, every kind word, and every message means more than you will ever know. Knowing that so many people are lifting Justin up in prayer brings us comfort, strength, and hope as we continue this journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we look toward the future, our biggest prayer is that God will continue to watch over Justin and guide us toward the day when he receives his kidney transplant. We pray for the right donor, a successful transplant, healing, and the opportunity for Justin to experience all the things a young man deserves as he begins adulthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until that day comes, we will keep praying, keep believing, and keep celebrating every blessing along the way. One day at a time, one prayer at a time, and one step closer to the miracle we are waiting for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Happy 18th birthday, Justin!<\/strong> \ud83c\udf82\ud83c\udf89\ud83d\udc9a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">May God bless you abundantly in this new chapter of your life. May He give you strength when you feel tired, peace when the waiting feels long, and hope when the road seems uncertain. Never forget how deeply you are loved, how many people are praying for you, and how much your life means to all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are so proud to be your family, and we will continue to stand beside you through every step of this journey.
