On Thursday, August 18 Kaiden’s lab work came back with some concerning levels. Doctors took a biopsy of his liver and found moderate to severe signs of rejection. <\/p>\n
Kaiden has received five rounds of high dose steroids to combat the rejection, however his levels are still elevated and rising. <\/p>\n
Doctors performed a sonogram and another biopsy and we are waiting to see if anything has changed. <\/p>\n
