She decided her cherry popsicle would be best suited to cool her face off!\u00a0 She\u2019s starting to notice the pain and itching from her stitches down her chest.\u00a0 But she did make it to the play room for more water coloring and down the elevator to the lobby.\u00a0 Tomorrow, she needs to tackle stairs and should have her PICC line and last IV removed.\u00a0 She\u2019s starting to talk and smile more again.\u00a0 However, whenever the nurses poke or remove stickies, she glazes over and withdraws into herself again.\u00a0 She\u2019s done hearing that she\u2019s brave and strong, she just wants it to be done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was a bit of a roller coaster as Lily\u2019s body is adjusting to all the medication.\u00a0 Just today she experienced shakiness, stomachaches, vomiting, and random hot flashes.
