The results showed that the main blood vessels supplying her liver have good blood flow. There are a few smaller vessels that are not receiving adequate flow, but her surgeon is not concerned. Those small areas are expected to naturally stop functioning, and Magnolia has more than enough healthy liver tissue to sustain her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The medical team&#8217;s plan is to continue monitoring her liver function closely and use medication to support healthy blood flow. For now, she will remain on blood thinners to help prevent any future clotting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praise the Lord\u2014Magnolia has officially been cleared from needing a second transplant!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are beyond grateful that we are now past the frightening uncertainty caused by the major blood clot she experienced. While the emergency surgery was very scary, we thank God that it was discovered in time to prevent significant damage to her new liver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for continuing to pray for Magnolia and our family. We do not take God&#8217;s faithfulness, nor your support, for granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy, Magnolia tuvo un CT scan. Los resultados mostraron que los principales vasos sangu\u00edneos que irrigan su h\u00edgado tienen un buen flujo de sangre. Hay algunos vasos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que no est\u00e1n recibiendo suficiente flujo, pero su cirujano no esta preocupado. Se espera que esas peque\u00f1as \u00e1reas dejen de funcionar de manera natural, y Magnolia tiene m\u00e1s que suficiente h\u00edgado sano para sostenerla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ahora, los doctores continuar\u00e1n monitoreando el funcionamiento de su h\u00edgado y usando medicamentos para ayudar a mantener un buen flujo sangu\u00edneo.
