That\u2019s where I met Amelia\u2019s parents. Their story felt eerily similar to ours, and over the years, we\u2019ve stayed in touch. They\u2019ve celebrated Nahla\u2019s milestones right alongside us, sent care packages when she was in the hospital, and offered encouragement whenever complications came our way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeing these two strong, resilient girls meet for the very first time in person was nothing short of amazing. There they were, laughing, playing, and simply being kids &#8211; living proof of how far they\u2019ve come. Watching them together was a beautiful reminder of the power of hope, medical miracles, and the incredible community that surrounds transplant families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re so grateful for this bond that started online but has now become a real friendship.
