The last few days have been a little bumpy for our girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Sabrina\u2019s been dealing with a minor cold, along with some swelling in her hands and feet. The good news is her care team isn\u2019t concerned that it\u2019s related to her heart \u2014 her heart and lungs sound great, and she\u2019s still very much her happy little self. \"\ud83d\udc9c\" They\u2019ve stopped one medication to see if this could be a drug reaction, and for now they\u2019re watching closely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of her cold, we\u2019ve been staying in her room and taking a pause on hallway walks. Santa was still able to visit, even if it had to be from the doorway \u2014 not quite how we imagined it, but still a moment we\u2019ll hold onto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This season continues to look different than we imagined, but we\u2019re grateful for steady news, gentle moments, and all the love surrounding Sabrina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
