{"id":215,"date":"2026-04-17T15:17:30","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T15:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforsabrinaschangeofheart\/?p=215"},"modified":"2026-04-21T19:23:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T19:23:25","slug":"4-16-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforsabrinaschangeofheart\/2026\/04\/17\/4-16-26\/","title":{"rendered":"4\/16\/26"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Thank you so much to everyone who supported the COTA for Sabrina\u2019s Change of Heart Panda Express fundraiser. <br>Whether you love Panda Express or you love Sabrina (we\u2019re going to assume both \ud83d\ude09), we are so grateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeing the support come in\u2014from friends, family, coworkers, and even entire workplaces\u2014was incredibly moving. There is something so powerful about knowing people are showing up and actively rooting for your child\u2014it\u2019s a sharp, humbling kind of emotion that\u2019s hard to put into words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This season continues to be a mix of really hard days and really good moments. There have been some overwhelming days\u2026 but also more laughs, more smiles, and real progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabrina has gained weight (now over 18 lbs!) which is a big deal for her. Her BNP this week was also 152\u2014this is a lab that measures how much stress the heart is under, and lower is better. For Sabrina, it means her heart is under less strain and her treatment is working as well as it can right now.
