On Saturday, something truly beautiful happened. Our community came together to rally around our dear friend Sam, who is courageously battling leukemia. Through the shared love of art and a desire to help, we hosted a Harvest Paint & Sip fundraiser for COTA for Sam\u2014a night that perfectly blended creativity, generosity, and the unbreakable bonds of friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With brushes in hand and hearts full of hope, a dozen of us gathered to raise money for the Children\u2019s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in Sam\u2019s honor. Guided by Sam\u2019s incredible art teacher, Reshma Solbach, who selflessly donated her time and talent, we transformed blank canvases into colorful works of art. Some of us were seasoned painters, while others were more at home with stick figures\u2014but it didn\u2019t matter. What mattered was the love and purpose that filled the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In just one evening, we raised over $1,300 to help support COTA in honor of Sam and his family. Beyond the money, the night was a testament to the strength and kindness of our community and a celebration of the love we share for Sam. It reminded us of the power we have when we come together with open hearts and a shared purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To everyone who participated, donated to COTA for Sam, or supported in spirit: thank you. Your generosity means the world, and it proves that even in challenging times, there is so much light to be found in community. Together, we\u2019re painting a brighter future for Sam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
