Last night was filled with tests, scans, and quiet prayers as the team worked through the night to see if Sarah might finally be a match for a donor heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She’s exhausted, but still fighting with that same quiet strength she’s shown us from the very beginning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With full hearts and cautious hope, we’re beyond grateful to share that this morning it has been confirmed: Baby Sarah has been matched with a heart and is scheduled to receive a heart transplant this Sunday morning, July 13!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This journey has been long, emotional, and filled with strength beyond words. We are deeply thankful for the incredible medical team and profoundly moved by the unimaginable generosity of the donor family, who chose to give life and hope to others during their own time of loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please keep Sarah, her care team, and the donor’s family in your hearts and prayers as we prepare for this next chapter- one filled with hope, healing, and a second chance at life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
