While I\u2019ve shared updates on social media, I wanted to take a moment to bring everything together here on the blog.<br><strong>August 20<\/strong><br>Sarah transitioned from the ICU to the Intermediate ICU! \ud83d\udc96\ud83d\ude4f This was such an important step in her recovery, and it was made even more special when she received a beautiful blessing from the priest in her new room.<br><strong>August 25<\/strong><br>Our tiny but mighty fighter has been working hard on her head control and tummy time therapy. \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\udc97 These exercises may seem small, but they\u2019re huge victories that show her strength and determination growing every day.<br><strong>September 21<\/strong><br>A big milestone, Sarah is officially out of the ICU and no longer requires any respiratory support! \ud83c\udf38 She even enjoyed her very first ride outside. She will undergo surgery soon to help prepare her to come home.<br><br><strong>Each milestone is worth celebrating, and we\u2019re so grateful for every step forward. \ud83d\udc9b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las \u00faltimas semanas, Sarah ha logrado un progreso incre\u00edble. Aunque he compartido actualizaciones en redes sociales, quer\u00eda tomarme un momento para recopilar todo aqu\u00ed en el blog.<br><strong>20 de Agosto<\/strong><br>\u00a1Sarah pas\u00f3 de la UCI a la UCI Intermedia! \ud83d\udc96\ud83d\ude4f Este fue un paso important\u00edsimo en su recuperaci\u00f3n, y fue a\u00fan m\u00e1s especial cuando recibi\u00f3 una hermosa bendici\u00f3n del sacerdote en su nueva habitaci\u00f3n.<br><strong>25 de Agosto<\/strong><br>Nuestra peque\u00f1a pero poderosa luchadora ha estado trabajando duro en el control de su cabeza y la terapia boca abajo. \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\udc97 Estos ejercicios pueden parecer peque\u00f1os, pero son grandes victorias que demuestran que su fuerza y \u200b\u200bdeterminaci\u00f3n crecen cada d\u00eda.<br><strong>21 de Septiembre<\/strong><br>\u00a1Un gran logro! Sarah sali\u00f3 oficialmente de la UCI y ya no necesita asistencia respiratoria. \ud83c\udf38 Incluso disfrut\u00f3 de su primer paseo al aire libre.
