The event will be held at Spare Time Entertainment located at 5518 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411. All proceeds go to support the Children&rsquo;s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Shafer for ongoing transplant-related expenses. Lane sponsorships are being sold for $500 which covers a lane for 6 bowlers, shoe rental, 2 hours of play, pizza, and soft drinks. Only twenty-five lanes are available, so please contact Dr. Deanna Duncan at (423) 280-0433 to purchase a lane, inquire about corporate sponsorships, or to donate items for the silent auction.
