Donate to a Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Fundraiser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Team COTA for SpencerStrong in honor of Spencer Porche (kidney transplant recipient) Fundraiser is part of an ongoing effort to reach the goal of $120,000. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spencer Porche is the son of a former coworker (from VBA Portland days) and good friend, Matt. Spencer had a kidney transplant on January 20, 2023 and has lifetime medical expenses with anti-rejection medicines and follow up appointments  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This second  20\/25 Fundraising Campaign on the COTA site is going on now ($20.25 or $25.20 – 20 for Transplant date and 25 for his birthdate). Please consider donating $25.20 or $20.25 (or whatever you can donate) to the 20\/25 Fundraiser Campaign by going to https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforspencerstrong<\/a> [Note we have a  permanent campaign address now]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you send a check to COTA, you will need to put “in honor of COTAforSpencerStrong” or ‘in honor of Spencer Porche” on the memo line. Words of encouragement are also welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spencer\u2019s family has partnered with the Children\u2019s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to help raise funds for transplant-related expenses. Help us raise money for COTA in honor of SpencerStrong. Spencer\u2019s kidney transplant surgery took place January 20, 2023 and Spencer\u2019s birthday was January 25, 2023. In support of and in celebration of the upcoming second anniversary of his kidney transplant and upcoming birthday, please consider to be a part of the fundraiser by contributing $20.25 or $25.20 symbolic of the dates.
