That means our year anniversary of the transplant is coming up! My dad took this picture after dropping us off at the airport. You can see how different Sydney looked at the time compared to now. Crazy right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S. I haven\u2019t updated in a while. Sydney qualified for Make a Wish so her wish is Disney World. We go in June and we are very excited!
