She had an in depth set of appointments this past week <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.7px;\">where<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\"> extra testing was performed, and the results were positive. We are so thankful for this. We are particularly happy that she has been able to stay healthy these past several months. And it was also neat to see her be really silly this past week, quite hilarious actually &#8211; something seems to have shifted in her recently. <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\">God is clearly working in her body and in her life.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.7px;\">We had fun at her homecoming parade on Friday. Nick and Renae volunteered to be parent sponsors and helped decorate and pull the float for the ASL club that Cassidy is in. It was great to see Cassidy in her element at a school event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\" src=\"https:\/\/cota.org\/uploads\/1835\/images\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cota.org\/uploads\/1835\/images\/4_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard at work<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cota.org\/uploads\/1835\/images\/1_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aunt Renee (Nick&#8217;s sister) was in town and came along<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cota.org\/uploads\/1835\/images\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nick being goofy<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cota.org\/uploads\/1835\/images\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been 5 months since transplant and Cassidy has been doing well.
