She began today with another 250ft walk at 4:30am and a 500ft walk at 9:00!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sign to the left, along with other motivational reminders, is taped to the door in her room. It sums up everything so perfectly. Every time I think she couldn&#8217;t possibly surprise or amaze me more with her accomplishments, she kicks it up another notch. I could tell yesterday was a turning point, even in the midst of all that was happening yesterday, and it was A LOT, she began using her manners, thanking the nurses at every turn for whatever they were helping her with. The pride is overflowing in this mama&#8217;s heart.
