As you can imagine, this has been a challenging time for Zaleya and her family in many ways.<\/p>\n<p>The family has asked for assistance from the Children&rsquo;s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to raise funds that will help with transplant related expenses. We ask that you help us honor and celebrate Zaleya&rsquo;s birthday by visiting her page at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cotaforteamzaleya.com\/\">www.COTAforTeamZaleya.com<\/a> where you can donate $15 for her 15<sup>th<\/sup> birthday or $29 for the day of June 29<sup>th<\/sup> (or any amount you are able to give).
